Bethel Matriculation Higher Secondary School is a Unit of BFGM Charitable Trust-Registered as a Public Charitable non-profit Trust. The motto of the School is “Arise and Shine.”

The aims and objectives of the Trust is to promote education in both urban and rural areas. Our special emphasis is on developing the economically weaker sections and adult literacy in rural areas.

The School is run by a Christian Management. We would like to bring up children in the ‘fear of the Lord’ and to equip them for self-reliance. Administration

Management and Administration may frame and issue permanent or temporary disciplinary rules from time to time to regulate the conduct of the students within the campus and outside. As such these rules are deemed necessary to maintain the decorum of education, the purpose of studies and reputation of the Institution.

About us

Our school serves the society around 42 years in Ayanavaram area offering quality education to the student community with a special care to the economically weaker section of the society. The school aims to promote the overall development of the children including the physical, intellectual, moral and spiritual values of the students. The School serves the community to cater 2800 children with a team of around 120 staff members.

Our Programs

Tests & Examinations

Terminal examinations are conducted in the months of july, September, December, February and April. Progress reports are sent to parents after the examinations.

Annual Sports Day

Every Year Sports Day is celebrated at our school. The school follows House System to group the students into four houses Sapphire, Emerald, Ruby and Sardonyx.

Annual Day

Annual Day is being celebrated every year with skits, dance and play by the students. Proficiency awards and gifts are given to the best students of all the classes every academic year.

Clubs & Activities

Activities which renews and regenerates the role of divergent thinking this fundamental human urge is brought out through club activities such as English, Tamil, Science ,Maths and Social club

Nursery Graduation

Every living thing in this world has sort of aspiration. KG Graduation is charm and beauty of the toddlers.

Science Expo

Creativity has become much of a buzz word, continually resetting new levels of aspiration. Science expo is conducted every year at our school.

Educational Tour

Students are Taken out to various places of interest, especially places of historical importance and educative value

Benevolent Fund

A Benevolent Fund has been constituted in the school to help the poor and needy children of the school for the payment of necessary fees.

““I got admitted into Bethel Matriculation Higher Secondary School in the year 1996 where I continued my studies from 6th Standard. I graduated in 10th Standard by scoring 80% and 90% in 12th Standard. Apart from studies, I also liked the way the teachers were committed towards teaching the students. I still remember studying late in the night at Madam’s (then Principal) house and the commitment of the teachers to stay awake with the students to enable them score high marks. The friendly nature of the school van / bus drivers, enjoyable long tours by school’s own bus, fun + study time in the evening tuitions, are some of the highlights during my schooling. Although I did not have any interest in sports / games, the places we went during school tour attracted me and once I graduated out of college, I started exploring many places (including the ones I visited during school tour) by Motorbike and set a National Record in Limca Book of World Records 2016 in the category “Most Forest Rides”. I could not have thick friends in the school but the memories of my school remains in my mind since then. I would like to thank God for letting me into this school and bringing up to what I am now.
